La Russie ainsi que d’autres pays de la CEI exigent des solutions durables pour l’approvisionnement en eau, le traitement des eaux usées, l’irrigation, les infrastructures et la protection de l’environnement. Permettant un respect rigoureux des normes locales et de celles de l’Union Européenne pour la qualité de l’eau, les projets de TAHAL ont eu pour résultat un meilleur accès à l’eau potable et un environnement plus propre.

Ayant lancé ses opérations européennes avec un important projet d’aqueduc en Roumanie en 2000, TAHAL officie maintenant également en tant qu’ingénieur-conseil et qu’entrepreneur à travers le continent. Avec son siège à Amsterdam et une présence permanente en Roumanie et en Russie, TAHAL est bien équipé pour relever les défis d’une croissance rapide dans les pays de la région.

TAHAL a été sélectionnée par Vodokanal Yakoutsk, le fournisseur d’eau potable de cette ville de quelques 300 000 personnes, pour concevoir et construire une lagune d’apport d’eau sur la Léna et une station d’épuration d’une capacité de 110 000 m3/jour. Its county seat is in Piatra Neamt, the county’s largest city with a population of approximately 80,000.
